PropsLab Support

Email us at support@propslab.io
In the app, Settings > Contact Support opens an email that already includes your app version, build number, iOS version and device model. To open Settings, tap the gear at the top of the Home screen.
What to include
- Write from the email address on your PropsLab account, so we can find your account and confirm it is yours.
- What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- When it happened: the date, the time and your time zone.
- The sport, game, player or screen involved.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you can.
- Your app version and build (shown at the bottom of Settings in PropsLab), your iPhone model and your iOS version (iPhone Settings > General > About). Contact Support in the app adds these for you.
Never send your password. We will never ask for it.
Reporting a message or a user
- In chat, press and hold the message, then choose Report message or Block this user.
- In a live game room, tap the message, then tap the flag to report it or the raised hand to block its author.
- Blocking hides that user’s messages from you.
- The first time a message is reported, our AI moderation service reviews it and hides it if it breaks the chat rules in the Terms of Use. If that review cannot run, a later report tries again. A message reported by three different users is hidden automatically.
- You can also email support@propslab.io. Include the game or room, the approximate time, the handle or name, and what the message said.
Deleting your account
- Open PropsLab and tap the gear at the top of the Home screen to open Settings.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
- Read what will be removed, then confirm. You are signed out when it finishes.
You can also email support@propslab.io from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what deletion removes and what it keeps.
Deleting your account does not cancel Apple billing. If you have a subscription, cancel it first (see below).
A message of mine was blocked
Every chat message is checked before it posts. Links, email addresses, phone numbers and words on our blocked list are blocked. When it is available, an AI moderation service then checks the rest for hate or slurs, harassment or threats, sexual content, encouraging self-harm, personal information, spam or advertising, arranging bets, and impersonating PropsLab staff, as the Terms of Use describe. The app tells you why a message was blocked. If the AI moderation service finds that three of your messages broke the rules within 7 days, you cannot post in chat for 24 hours, and the app tells you when you can post again. If you think a message was blocked by mistake, email support@propslab.io with the room, the time and what you tried to post.
Subscriptions and billing
A subscription is required to use PropsLab. Apple handles all PropsLab billing through your Apple ID. We never see your payment details.
Cancel or change your subscription
- On your iPhone, open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then PropsLab.
- Tap Cancel Subscription, or choose another option.
You can also get there from Settings > Manage Subscription in PropsLab. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal. After you cancel, the subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
Restore a purchase
On a new device or after reinstalling, tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen, or in Settings in PropsLab, while signed in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
Rankings
New accounts appear on Rankings by default: your record is listed once you have a settled paper slip. An account created while Rankings was opt-in keeps the setting it had. To hide your record, open Settings in PropsLab and turn off Show me in Rankings. You can still see your own record.
Password and email
PropsLab does not yet offer a password reset or a way to change your email address in the app. Email support@propslab.io from the address on your account.
Gambling help
PropsLab is analysis, not betting advice, and it does not take bets. If gambling is causing problems for you or someone you know, call 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537), the US national problem gambling helpline. It is free and confidential.
